SEOMonster by Sales Monsters

The SEO content production platform Sales Monsters uses to research, write, review, and deliver search-optimized content for its clients.

SEOMonster is a private workspace for Sales Monsters clients, staff, and contractors. Accounts are created by Sales Monsters as part of a client engagement. There is no public sign-up.

What SEOMonster does

  • Keyword research

Finds the buyer-intent search terms a client’s customers actually use and groups them into topic clusters.

  • Content planning

Turns those clusters into a monthly plan of articles and pages, mapped to the client’s site structure.

  • AI-assisted drafting

Writes outlines and first drafts using the client’s own brand voice, case studies, and approved statistics.

  • Quality and review

Runs every draft through quality checks, then routes it to editors and to the client for approval before anything is published.

  • Performance tracking

Watches how published content performs in Google Search and flags pages worth improving.

  • Delivery

Files finished work as Google Docs in the client’s Drive folder and syncs status to the tools the client already uses.

How SEOMonster uses Google data

A Sales Monsters administrator can connect a Google account so SEOMonster can read search performance data and create documents on the client's behalf. Each permission is requested for one reason:

Google Search Console (read-only)
To see which queries and pages already earn impressions and clicks for a client site, so we can pick topics and improve pages that are close to ranking.
Google Analytics (read-only)
To measure traffic and engagement on the content we publish and report results back to the client.
Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
To create each article draft and report as a Google Doc or Sheet in the client’s shared Drive folder, where the client reviews and comments on it.
Basic profile (email and name)
To show which Google account is connected. Nothing else from the profile is used.

SEOMonster's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is never used for advertising and is never sold. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
